Summary of aims & objectives:

  • Cadwyn provides homes to people in housing need, providing the support service to tenants whose support needs can be met by the support service that Cadwyn provides.
  • The Tenant Support Service provides time-limited and agreed support to 20 tenants who need it, in order to ensure as far as possible that they are able to maintain their tenancy.

Services: 

  • Opening hours 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Client group – tenants with general needs, including issues around mental health, drugs and alcohol, as well as young people and other groups
  • Availability – via referral [self or agency] and needs assessment
  • Languages – we are members of language line which gives access to most languages. We also have staff that are able to sign in BSL.
  • Accessibility – wheelchair access, hearing induction loop.
  • One of the Tenant Support Officers is a specialist in mental health issues
