Summary of aims & objectives:
 
  • To ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.
And equally…
 
  • To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.

In pursuing these aims the service provides free to all individuals an impartial, independent and confidential service of information, guidance and support and makes responsible use of the experience so gained.

We also give advice in housing, employment, debt, immigration, welfare rights and much more.  

Services:  
The main bureau is open:

  • For drop-ins: Monday to Friday 10am – 12.30pm
  • For telephone advice: Monday to Friday  1pm – 3pm, Tel:029 2034 6499

Please be aware that the above sessions are often busy and you may not be seen if the sessions are full.

ACCESSIBILITY
The bureau has wheelchair access and toilet facilities for people with disabilities.  All the outreach locations are wheelchair accessible.

Individuals are able to access the service in the following ways:
